Does not work with the special directory #25

I installed in my wordpress site which is installed in a special directory, but it does not work (with post & page)!

AMP : https://www.environnement-algerie.com/amp Wordpress is installed in the following directory : https://www.environnement-algerie.com/fr

How I can change the link in the header ? How can I change the link on "View Desktop Version"? How I put a menu unrolled on the footer ?
