mock progressbar, make sure sphinx docs build #122

Current docs are broken at https://better.engineering/convoys/

The reason is that progressbar isn't installed when sphinx runs

Fixing travis so that sphinx properly raises an error if it fails

Coverage remained the same at 97.606% when pulling 90b7531f7fdec5028567ddd2b262992ad7ae3743 on fix-sphinx into d801fc7666323a3a22ac40493eb82d4fad6a2dcf on master.
