fix predict_time #20

predict the mean time it will take to convert

the ci argument refers to the mean, not the distribution. maybe it would make sense to get the full distribution or something, not sure

also fixed some weird variable names in regression.py, hopefully more clear now

Coverage increased (+0.7%) to 85.246% when pulling b27c093b1958175d9d2cff0d899e1ab50c6fb78b on predict-time into 690a7658f2692d3c48e891586efd1970a0633d3e on master.
