Making it easy to fit models with or without confidence intervals.

Reason is I have some mega-models that would take forever to run MCMC on.

Coverage increased (+0.7%) to 91.781% when pulling d65ee9b14af27a9eafe7a3d649922c4355ef85b6 on ci-or-no-ci into f2c008558b5508ce2779b6a6bf5117acd83191cd on master.
