increase default number of burnin + steps #95

noticed the default numbers were a bit too weak for some pretty common scenarios

probably should switch to hamiltonian monte carlo or nuts at some point

Coverage remained the same at 95.251% when pulling b92b284f2ed22042184b52ed8254e167c20889ff on larger-burnin into 72c428cba9cf8ced4f54668fdeb6612c4865596b on master.
