JSXC is a JavaScript library to bridge a web app to an XMPP server. Assuming an organization that uses Buoy has an external XMPP server, this could be a cheap and useful way to add it as a Chat option.

There's already quite a bit of integration work between WordPress and JSXC, so using this in Buoy would mostly mean styling and wiring up the user interface.
