Website header graphic is truncated on mobile display #101

When I visit betterangels.github.io/buoy on my phone, most of the site displays beautifully, but the text in the header graphic is truncated when the phone is in a vertical orientation. (See attached image.) Horizontal orientation displays the image fine.

Can we make the header responsive to vertical mobile displays? (This may not be a problem with all browsers. I tried it in the most recent versions of Chrome and Silk Browser on an Amazon Fire phone.)

I think this issue should actually remain in this repository, not the betterangels/betterangels.github.io repository, sine the code for this is in fact in this repository's gh-pages branch.
