Best for mobile is (I vote for) Amplify but please ensure it's without photos. https://ageitgey.github.io/amplify/ (https://github.com/ageitgey/amplify) It's a Jekyll html theme built using Accelerated Mobile Pages Project "AMP" Google = preferential treatment to AMP pages on Google Mobile Search.

Limitations: CSS must be inline (no external css files), and resources must be sized statically (height+width for images, embedded video, etc)

re AMP: Google caches valid AMP pages if you link to them with one of these urls: https://cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/ https://amp.gstatic.com/c/s/ Google may serve the page through its own CDN when displaying pages in AMP search results widget (similar to how Facebook Instant Articles works on the Facebook platform)
