Timezone bug: UMTS is default #54

UMTS is default in Jekyll. Perhaps display times as UMTS and add a separate (second) field for local time. Useful for the virtual presenters and eventual virtual attendees. (Also helpful when the twice-yearly time changes occur on different weekends in different places).

I see in config.yml timezone: America/Montreal but events still get transferred into "past activities" about five hours before their start time

The 6pm April 27 Lean Workshop is still showing as "upcoming" at 10:30pm
