Blocked commands #119

In the new version, we can choose commands that are blocked during bloodmoon. It's a big good idea, but is it ONLY during bloodmoon or already in all the dungeons made by bloodmoon ?

at the begenning when i saw this new paramater in config file, i have think that it is for dungeons to have player not cheat with /home when in the bottom of the dungeons

can you make that blocked commands are not available in the dungeons...
