Skeletons continue to shoot fast after bloodmoon #99

I noticed that it was mid day and no bloodmoon and skeletons were tossing arrows like a minigun. i tired doing the stop cmd, starting then stopping.... but they continue to unload all over.

Using latest BM version on craftbukkit for 1.5.2

Please give the version number you are using instead of saying the latest.

My apologies, was v0.24-SNAPSHOT-b80, latest at the time of ticket.
