REQUEST: Finer control over proxies #15

I'd like to enable proxy joins, but still monitor to see if the player is using one; and, if they are, announce it to the server when they join. This way, legit players forced to use a proxy can still join, but 'bad' players using a proxy can still be monitored.

via config:

Ability to enable/disable proxies
Ability to enable/disable proxy automatic kicking
Ability to announce proxy joins
Ability to customize proxies to use (a list of them)

Just checked it out and with my basic knowledge of JAVA it looks like it's exactly what I wanted. =D

I'll test it out this weekend and let you know if anything looks odd!
