This is a fortran version of the heat equation in spaghetti code. Originally from MPI example

Fell even further off the radar I guess :-(

We've deprecated this repository in favor of multiple repos in the new bssw-tutorial organization. The relevant one here would be https://github.com/bssw-tutorial/hello-numerical-world. I'd like to close out this PR and discuss adding the Fortran to the other repo.

@haikudeb and @adubey64 what do you think?
