Create custom QuillJS Text editor

• using Quill JS text editor to add content:
  • insert headings - h1, h2 only
  • insert list: bullets + ordered
  • bold, italics
  • hyperlinks
  • images
  • videos

Acceptance criteria:

• Quill JS editor is in firestore-mock page
• editor has capabilities as described above
• editor converts sample data in https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1rnHhavmhpOy7plOJkvGZHpsOwnKd-25A?usp=drive_link
  • into delta data type ? or html type? Need to explore pros and cons
