New reply/vote category or segment when the caption has a claim

When voting, this is the rule for messages that have images and a claim in the caption

For messages that have an image and a claim in the caption, we assess the message based on the claim made in the caption.

But it may be unclear to the users what the final vote is referring to. Need to think of a solution, either

1. Have a new category/tag to indicate that stuff is a scam
2. Add additional text to the current reply? maybe a section to add if its an image message with caption or something.
