Matched, human-categorised messages replying immediately #228

For human-categorised messages that match to database, they currently reply instantly with the message:

Our CheckMates have reviewed this message and think it's Our CheckMates have reviewed this message and think it's {category}

It's weird that it replies instantly but says this.
