Issues

Checkers do not always feel equipped to vote on politically/religiously contentious material
Also, we might expose ourselves to risks as a factchecking product if we take sides

Solution

To implement a tag that is on top of the existing category system, i.e. not another category
Based on the tag, to add a qualifier to the response to the user if a majority >50% tag it as such

Tasks

[ ] Devs to add tagging mechanism to frontend, backend and database (same as #336)
[ ] User team to think about what sort of qualifier paragraph to add to the existing response
