Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
Pre-condition:
I have installed these apps: Joyn service, Provisioning ,RCS-e 1.2,UI Connector, SIP API demo

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.follow the document” RCSe_Stack_Wiki_ed1.1.pdf” to set Joyn service on my
phone with sim card.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Joyn service should be registered successfully. But what i see is
"Can’t connect to Joyn platform" and "registration status:not registered".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use the newest on
svn:http://android-rcs-ims-stack.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/.And my operating
system is windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.

I can’t successfully register Joyn service,it shows that “Can’t connect
to Joyn platform”.
I’m sure that I have already started Joyn service.
What I have done Please refer the attachment”
ProvisionSettingPictures.xlsx”.
The log, please refer the attachment”log_rcs_with_sim.txt”.

Hi,
i have the same problem. I'm using RCS_sdk_v2.5.0.zip with an emulator (Android
SDK + Eclipse installed on a Windows computer). How did you get the log you
attached? Could you please share how you can take it?
The zip file i'm using only contains APK files, and i don't know how to import
that in Eclipse to get some logs.

Appreciated your help.

I'm using RCS_sdk_v2.5.0.zip too.I downloaded projects from
svn:http://android-rcs-ims-stack.googlecode.com/svn/trunk
You should install svn first. Then download the codes. After that you can add
them into Eclipse.

Yes,the SDK contains only binaries and docs to build third party applications
on top of the RCS Stack and its API.

The address of your IMS platform is not well configured (I see 127.0.0.1 in the
REGISTER message)
