When a client receives a link to start a FToHTTP download, it does not send a delivered notification

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.A user sends a file through FToHTTP to another user
2.The user accepts the download

What is the expected output?
When the user receives the link to download the file, it must send a delivered 
notification.

What do you see instead? 
There is no delivered notification sent.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.7
