Delivery notification is requested in any GC regardeless whether GC focus supports this or not #179

According to Blackbird PDD the support of delivery notifications in a GC is 
derived from the fact that the remote SDP contains message/imdn+xml in 
accept-wrapped-types.
This check seems to be missing. I'll make a proposal how to add this via Trello.
