IMDN not displayed on RI interface #199

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. A is offline, and has IMDN messages stored on database
2. A become online, a session is mounted
3. IMDN messages are forwarded to A
4. IMDN are not displayed on RI interface

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
IMDN messages are received, but not displayed on RI interface

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.14

Historical system events (like IMDN or notifications) are not retrieved by the 
RI to populate the chat view upon (re)initialisation of the GC.  
System events are only displayed by the RI if received while the session is 
active.
In case of restart or rejoint, RI only retrieves the incoming or outgoing chat 
messages stored in database.
