File Transfer error (message not correctly formatted) #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Error during a FT (not 100% reproducible)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see that sometimes the Orange RCS-e client doesn't include the MSRP endline

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android-RCS-ims-stack 2.4.5
Android V2.2.1 

Please provide any additional information below.
Please check trace attached and check for the message with trans-id equal to 
"2e82b3a9b8cc13fd" (filter by tcp.port == 20007 to check the MSRP).
client - 192.168.10.40
server (not android-rcs-ims) - 172.18.1.174
