copying any text on any app crashes the app on ICS 4.0.4 #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open any application or any web browser
2. try to copy text from the page
3. as soon as copy is selected the app or browser crash or closes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output should be a text copied to clipboard and ready to paste any 
where, but app or browser crashes so no copy paste funtion is available. This 
has started ever since i updated my ICS 4.0.3 TO 4.0.4

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i am using Android 4.0.4 Icecream Sandwitch latest update came for my Samsung 
Galaxy Tab 2 7.0(P3100),

Please provide any additional information below.
The copy paste used to work fine in 4.0.3, but after updating my OS to 4.0.4, 
the problem has started, i updated through wifi.
