Allow user to change year via dropdown #144

Is there a quick way for the user to select a year instead of having to navigate by one single month to skip ahead 5 years? And without typing it in the input box?

I've made it possible, but need @bevacqua to merge, if he chooses to. Otherwise, feel free to use my repo.

looking for a dependecy free datepicker with a good year selector.. Hope this feature will make it
