A console app, and future hosted service, for the generation of French language quizzing problems based on language features. Also, my first time writing in Python beyond simple tooling scripts. It will back a mobile app I've already made if it ends up working out.

This will raise the question then whether or not we want to also persist the problems too.

[x] Confirm database schema and make updates where it may have diverged creating the feature.
[x] Break out random generation into a feature-based sentence generation.
[ ] Allow sentence querying by features - combinations of pronoun types, correctness, negatedness, etc.
[x] Make that configurable from the command line.
[x] Expose a means of directly querying already generated sentences from the command line.
[x] Expose a means of directly querying already generated sentences from the command line by features listed above.
