now that https://www.boundaryproject.io is a thing, this is probably not necessary, as argo tunnel has been swallowed into cloudflare one, which is pricey

actually, boundary and cloudflared are a bit different - boundary is about accessing the machine, whereas cloudflared is still a way of securing the machine's internet connection
unfortunately, it is not available for arm64/aarch64 yet

perhaps installing it via

instead of rpm would be an option
