Drop non-XDG support for Dorothy #155

The XDG support for Dorothy is now great, and is the default on every system besides macOS.

As such, we should transition Dorothy to always use XDG, with perhaps an optional symlink at $HOME/.dorothy. That said, dorothy edit is probably the way to go, and have it so that it opens the vscode workspace file if editor is vscode.

because dorothy now enforces the creation of the XDG directories, dorothy should not default to using XDG
