Update `DefaultPlugins` documentation link #264

Current: DefaultPlugins v0.9.1 Needed: DefaultPlugins latest

This same issue also happens for:

  1. MinimalPlugin.
  2. LogPlugin.

The plugins page is still on bevy 0.9, so the link is correct. When the page is updated to a newer bevy version, the link will point to the docs for the relevant new bevy version.
