remove check on windows screenshots

Objective

• Rendering on Windows in CI is unreliable
• Screenshots are compared but results are not usable
• Related to #15918

Solution

• Remove the check on windows screenshots

Is there anything we could work on to make these reliable?

Someone willing to test and fix wgpu and Bevy on DX12 on the Windows software renderer with low memory

The examples are still executed which should detect the worst regressions, when it crashes trying to init a pipeline.
