Known issues with twitch - re; lgpe merge

• Bot doesn't dequeue if user not found

• Code isn't whispered if Hub set to whisper notifications

• No distribute countdown?

found fix for distribution countdown

cannot understand why twitch won't dequeue if not found - I assume something related to not assigning a int code in LGPETradeBot?

that's likely what is causing issues for whisper too

Pushed Game Mode Changer

• If users keep selecting yes too fast it opens an endless loop of exe's (imma call that user error if that happens)

fixed distribution issue regarding timing - linked wait time to Config.Hub.Trade.TradeWaitTime and reviewed loops

added file dumping for LGPE (very basic not perfect)

perfected pictocodes further

still stumped on twitch whisper - dequeue for twitch seems to work now tho so idk....
