Permissions are set to Dataset / Dataset instead of Dataset / Publication #26

Visible in the Dashboard. Pubs appear in the Dataset list, as permission are assigned to entity id of Dataset instead of Poster during 

    long datasetId = createDatasetController.SubmitDataset(valid);
