Copy whole resource doesn't work properly

Copy whole resource doesn't work properly #150

Add a resource and click continue booking
Click the Copy whole resource
Delete the original resource (the first added resource)
Click the Copy whole resource on the copied resource

Result: The last copied resource is not editable and the details bar doesn't expand

Continue:

Fill in the required fields and click Book
Edit the booked resource
Click the Copy whole resource

Result:

The last copied resource is not editable (fields are disabled) and the delete icon is missing
