Ich wollte bei XXXs Reservierungen im Kalender ihre Telefonnummer heraussuchen und sie hatte keine angegeben. Das erschwert für uns die Erreichbarkeit der Teams für Rückfragen immer sehr. Kann man dieses Feld als Pflichtfeld hinterlegen?

As Franzi mentioned, there are two options for implementation:

if no number is in Party redirect the user to party information and fore to add it
store mobile number directly in RBM

I prefer the first option because we did not store any information about the users, we only have IDs. The concept behind is to use the core for the persons details.

We can store the number e.g. in the extra field but I don't like this at all.

make field "telephone number" mandatory and write a help text for it
