Missing area schedule: Ndlambe/Kenton on Sea #430

Actually this is available, except it's not under the name "kenton on sea". the area name is eskom-direct-8-odd so to get the outages you'd make a request like:

curl 'https://eskom-calendar-api.shuttleapp.rs/outages/eskom-direct-8-odd'
