Create installation documentation #4

Step by step tutorial to show how to install and use dokku-man should be created.

I'd be happy for a clue on bootstrapping the first node

I assume its designed to be run on as a dokku app

but how to get the app started and the first host configured

I will create a documentation once its stable somehow, its very experimental and not stable right now. Idea is you can deploy it to heroku too and manage multiple dokku servers from it.

But I will add simple installation steps so you can see how it works.

I want to learn rails5 and I got the dev version working and sync'd to my dokku server

no rush, great app
