Don't have a video, but I have a suspicion that if you have 1 con building X, and 1 con assisting him, and then another con trying to build Y where the assisting con is, the assisting con will not move out of the way.

No matter what it's doing, the con should move out of the way of a blueprint when it's about to get built.
