Tab -> Tab doesn't do what it says it does #3272

Description

If you press tab on your keyboard while playing, it zooms all the way out and says "press [tab] again to zoom into your mouse location" or something like that.

Expected Behaviour

When tab is pressed the second time it should zoom into your mouse location

Actual Behaviour

When tab is pressed the second time it zooms into the location that the camera was centered on at the first tab press

Reproduction steps

Just press tab while moving the mouse around in a game
