No keys documented for game speed changing #3510

Description

https://github.com/beyond-all-reason/Beyond-All-Reason/issues/1094 - implies you can change the game speed, but it's not on the "keybindings" screen. Also ideally it should be on the settings page, but a filter for speed in the settings, there's nothing for game speed.

Also I'd question why on earth premium keys like + and - control volume, something I've never wanted to dynamically change in a game in cough decades of playing hundreds of games, yet the vastly-more-desirable game-speed-changing is a two-handed behind an Alt-configuration (only works with left-Alt)

BAR is a cozy game for millenials, we need music to set up the proper mood. Changing gamespeed is for zoomer Starcraft tryhards

Isn't it on the keybindings screen? When you press Grid ALT Keys, it shows.
