Have rezsubs use the BP value 'workertime' instead of 'reclaimspeed' #3657

Description

Hidden value 'reclaimspeed' = 100 , compared to BP 'workertime' = 150 , which is the one displayed in-game.

Expected Behaviour

WYSIWYG.

Actual Behaviour

Slower reclaim speed, 2 rezsubs reclaiming shipyard can be countered by a conturret. Where intuitively looking at BP it should not.
