Tachyon client #205

I'm starting work on the Tachyon JSON websocket client.

Very early stages, I just wanted to get some input on direction.

I ripped the model from your old client and created a message interface,

some basic websocket things to get going, its not supposed to be functional at the moment.

Again just looking at how you're operating and wanted to make sure i'm in line with it
