Fixes #188

Features:

Adds command intellisense to the battle chat.
If a server and spads command has the same command name: a distinguisher is added.
If a user clicks on the suggestion it auto-populates in the chat with the correct prefix.
The suggestion list is also keyboard navigable. Pressing enter while a suggestion is keyboard selected will automatically send the command with the correct prefix.
