Drop lsl as it's not used in prd or engine #35

I've did some searches and I don't see it being user anywhere in the pr-downloader or engine. It seems to be related in some way to SpringLobby, but then, it should be in SpringLobby and not in prd.

@Beherith PTAL at this one, as I'm not sure if it's ok to drop, all compiles, but maybe there is some good reason to keep it?

Did LSL export any symbols by chance? If no and it has no use currently, why keep it indeed?

Indeed, drop it, I dont even know what it does.
