Maintenance: updated vendored minizip code to the version distributed with zlib v1.3.1 #57

Ports https://github.com/spring/pr-downloader/pull/151 to BYAR. Equivalently to that pull request, the vendored minizip sources here matched upstream v1.2.11 of zlib, meaning that no custom patches need to be applied.
