Option to precache files in game pool for quicker engine game loads #15

This is continuation of the discussion that started in https://github.com/beyond-all-reason/spring/issues/701#issuecomment-1477930333

Iff we decide if/how to proceed here with two different approaches to implementation, it would be good to implement it in a way that is easy to integrate in github.com/beyond-all-reason/bar-lobby if we don't consider this just a short-term hack.

This was implemented by @Beherith in chobby so this issue is obsolete.
