Antiair does not always prioritise bombers correctly #1646

Some antiair in the game seems to correctly prefer bombers, others, not so much. The most notable example is the eradicator, which despite being basically identical to chainsaw, will seemingly prefer fighters over bombers; the chainsaw correctly latches onto bombers the moment it can.

Any reason to believe gameside isn't just assigning nonsense priority values?
