FOV is not considered for texture LODding #630

Textures become visible blurry at very low FOV since texture LODding only consider distance, but not the FOV. P.S (FOV can be changed by activating FOV changer in F11 widget menu). Ctrl+O/Ctrl+P for changing FOV.

Just a priority question as I'm not an active player any longer: How many people play with non-default FoV or change it during the game?

@lhog Hard to say, but i doubt that they are using such low FOV. So i would say low priority.
