Chobby and teiserver not agree on chev levels

Currently I'm not sure the cause

rank is calculated during do_login and saved in two tables

• account_users
• teiserver_account_user_stats

I don't see anywhere else that it's updated so it doesn't make sense that they would go out of sync.
