Fixes reports and logging errors caused by team split
Added Small/Large Team to missing dropdowns, pages, logs and reports
Fixes daily and monthly task errors caused by team split
Fixes #340, now starts on Large Team
Change remaining default game/rating types from "Team" to "Large Team"
