What happened?

In Unisat, a disconcerting issue arises wherein the notification "Transaction submitted" persists even after a transaction has been declined, potentially misleading users into believing the transaction was approved. This discrepancy undermines the precision and transparency of the user interface, as the displayed notifications fail to reflect the actual outcome of the transaction.

Also,i found out there is a notable malfunction with the total balance indicator in the wallet section. Regardless of which wallet is connected, the balance remains static, which inaccurately portrays the financial standing across multiple wallets. This flaw could lead to confusion for users managing various wallets, who depend on precise balance information. A thorough investigation is advised to rectify these inconsistencies and ensure the correct display of wallet balances.
