Tests broken on Windows #370

There's part of the test suite that die()s on Win32, because Win32 perl doesn't allow list pipe open.

I have the tests passing on Windows, at least except for ack-o.t. @wchristian's quote modifications to ack-o.t are the only thing that's failing; perhaps he could have a look?

The fixes are in the win32-fixes branch.
